It provides us with a shelter, tell us a history, generates a culture, creates innovation, modifies the environment, challenges technology and produces memories. This slow process of construction creates one of the biggest dreams for people involved in the building industry and for their clients.

The development of a building is a combination of knowledge, culture and beliefs from everyone involved. The coordination of all the parts is essential to combine all of these influences and transform into a live standing building for decades to come. Every project goes through different stages which comprises: pre design, schematic design, design development, Development Approval (DA) documents, building permit approval, construction documentation and contract administration.
